Höller derives its life’s blood from the expert competence and motivation of its employees. We have great demands to meet, which require the constant desire to learn, enthusiasm to develop, and above all flexibility.

Our employees are trained in-house and work their way through the various departments. All of our woodworkers are trained cabinetmakers who, in turn, pass their experience and abilities on to the trainees.
