Execution Design
Architects and cabinetmakers prepare design sketches after the mutual clarification of all questions regarding details. Only after this does the production drafting take place.
Selection of Materials
The raw material wood is stored and supervised on the company premises, where it reaches the optimal degree of drying. Veneers and panel materials are selected and purchased on a custom basis.
Cutting
Cutting takes place with an automated panel saw, which can handle large quantities in a short period of time.
Veneering
After a careful selection, the veneer is examined under optimal lighting conditions and applied very precisely.
Drilling, Milling, Doweling
Computerized numerical control machines are taking care of more and more processing steps. In spite of that, though, every finished piece is picked up by hand again and again, countless times.
Oils, Stains, Lacquers
All kinds of finish treatments are carried out by experts within our company. Several interim polishing steps provide just the desired degree of gloss.
Assembly
For every order, a small team is responsible and accompanies every one of the processing steps. The various pieces are assembled and, if necessary, are then disassembled again for transporting.
Transport
Safely packed, out furniture parts are transported in Höller trucks or in their own containers to their final destinations.
Installation
Experienced installation teams and experts guarantee the perfect end product.
