He has been working for Höller since 2001, and specialises in veneers: “It’s an incredibly complex process that calls for the greatest of precision and sensitivity. That’s what I love about it! Making luxury interior fittings for yachts is, quite probably, a unique profession in South Tyrol. That’s why I’m proud of my job.”

Michael Zwerger lives on a farm and, in his brother-in-law’s workshop he even spends his free time pursuing his passion for carpentry. In 2014, Michael joined Höller as a fitter, and today he works on numerous projects as a specialist carpenter. He particularly likes the pleasant working atmosphere and the teamwork between colleagues. “We are a team, and we all get along well. We all help each other, so work is twice as enjoyable.” Michael himself plays a large part in creating this team spirit: Every year, he invites his colleagues to his now-legendary barbecue at his traditional mountain hut.
